Typical Oxtail is generally not graded so to receive the quality that Meat N' Bone stands for, we made a decision to only promote Wagyu Oxtail. Oxtail is supposed to be braised sluggish and small. Seasoning is a good idea.For a strong taste consider our grass-fed organic and natural beef oxtail that makes for an exceptionally hearty soup or stew.
